Member Since: March 2007 Posts: 1,253 Send Message	Hi, Prince! A while ago, I mucked up my daughter's laptop, with only 8 hours to go before the guarantee ran out!!! Help!!!! After a hour or two trying to fix it, I went to her work and told her what had happened. She was very good about it! Maybe because there were 20 people around! She suggested I telephone P.C. World and tell them the problem. Good idea. Once told, they would have to fix it under guarantee! Went home and phoned! An hour later, still on the phone! An hour and a half later - laptop fixed. Boy! Was I relieved! Still waiting for phone bill, tho!
