Hi, Prince!

A while ago, I mucked up my daughter's laptop, with only 8 hours to go before the guarantee ran out!!! Help!!!!

After a hour or two trying to fix it, I went to her work and told her what had happened.

She was very good about it! Maybe because there were 20 people around! She suggested I telephone P.C. World and tell them the problem. Good idea. Once told, they would have to fix it under guarantee!

Went home and phoned! An hour later, still on the phone! An hour and a half later - laptop fixed. Boy! Was I relieved! Still waiting for phone bill, tho!

In a way, if the person is adding the things they say then moneys worth, yes its not bad, however if you didnt need all of that in the first place then they are taking advantage by adding things you didnt originally need. I have seen a few places do similar, even argued on behalf of one elderly gent who knew no better and I stepped in to stop him having to pay more, Oh I got banned from the shop that time lol

rose lol it was so funny when computer guy phoned me. he said i think i have your book on a memory stick now i will check.. then he read out.. ive got as far as ' at that point his partner slipped seductively out of the last reaining item of underaear and kissed him passionately' it went very quiet then his voice went up an octave and he asked ' is that it ' i said yes and he koffed and said .....'right' and went fast lol

I would be very wary of what you are actually getting, the person is using a lot of guesswork to me and also I feel upgrading some additonal things that in all probability never needed doing.

Some of the items are expensive though if you were to purchase them directly yourself, ie Xp home does not come cheap nor does Windows Word, but also if you purchased these you would also receive a key activation code with them. This is the code you would need if either went wrong in the future.

I will comitt myself and say, Im not 100 % sure of the person doing the computer for you and certainly wouldnt take what they are saying.
