Well if it's under doctors orders babe it has to be done. Have you tried Alan Carr's book. If not give me a shout and I will send it to you. I read it when I gave up during pregnancy and it worked fine til six months after the birth when I gave in. Let me know if you need it cos it is really really good xx |

Donna I stopped just over 9 months ago and I loved my cigs but I got to the point where my future health (if you get that) had to come first. When you have decided to do it and made up your mind it is a bit easier, I used the patches.. put some weight on I tell you but working at getting it off, cant stand the smell of it now.
