My, my, is it cold here in Derbyshire this morning. Very hard frost, and forecasted to get no warmer during today. Supposedly to get milder later in the week, but have just read in the paper, to prepare for snow.
Well, that's something to look forward to.

Keep Warm Everybody

Had a good old scape of the car this morning. It was cold enough for my 13 year old son to put a coat on and not moan about lugging it round at school so it must be cold.

Your poor old neighbour Stray, I remember as a child living in a coal fired warmed house always having frozen up taps in the bathroom. I was more hardy in those days :-)

Been back upstairs to attend my toilette, as they used to say, and despite having the heating on, it is not very ward up there.
Sorry for your neighbour Stray, nothing worse.
Arn't they going to do your house up soon, did I see you post a while back.

Hard frost here this morning and it is still on all the rooves not in the sun. But it is lovely and sunny and I enjoyed my walk to fetch the papers.

Am warm and cosy in d.gown - OH went off to golf about 9.30 and I did not feel like getting wash/dressed/exercises before 9.00 a.m. So I am slobbing.

Bright blue skies here but OH said it was nippy out. Must get washed and exercised before he returns.

Hiya Mersey, I very often have those ideas. LOL. But the same as you, I'll tackle it 'tomorrow'.
But, joking aside, I shall know when it is time to start, and it is not yet, believe me.

He probably does what they did here in days gone by, Julia. They cut papers up into squares and hung them on a nail behind the door. I'll leave the rest to your imagination. Suffice to say, when we were young we were all very glad to see the arrival of Andrex.

Annie G, In between the newspaper and Andrex, we had IZAL, at our house. This was just as bad as the newspaper. LOLOL
