Good Evening to you all

Dear Annina

I haven't found a use for my old bloomers yet although
my posterior is a bit large so there should be a use
for them somewhere!

But I use old cotton vests to clean floors and make dusters
out of old sheets.

I also use malt vinegar and water to clean windows.

Most of the household market products are full of chemicals.
The old products are the best.

Best wishes.
x

Elizabeth,Hi, I too use vinigar for heaps of cleaning jobs, prefer white though, used to use other halves underwear for cleaning cloths, but modern ones have too high synthetic material in them, only like cotton for dusting. Funny, I just remembered when kids were small, one anounced that she had brushed the dog's teeth, when asked how,she replied, "It's ok Mummy,I used Daddies tooth brush"

Nothing to do with knickers but saw YP saying about Sheffield, and thought I would put this link on here, I found it when looking for something else but might be of interest.

So Annina, hello by the way, why were you adding the knickers into your son's helmet?

A relative of mine weighed about 20 stone, and she was quite jovial about it, and always used to say, when I go to buy bloomers, they said 'Tents next door', She was sitting on loo one day, and pulled a thread on her bloomers and pulled the gusset right out.

As to what we do with old underclothes, use them as dusters etc.

Ok. A guess.
Is his helmet some type of crash helmet or safety helmet and he needs some extra padding inside ??

Otherwise, NO idea.
