Well you know the saying,You,re only as old as you Feel. ( And) I like to make the "Effort" as often as possible.also the Exercise is good for you,and they say,it helps you get Slim.So all you slimmers,Make the Effort,far better than contorting in front of a Mirror to some DVD.but then again,that could be another story..pmsl.**M**.:o))>. |
