Well you know the saying,You,re only as old as you Feel. ( And) I like to make the "Effort" as often as possible.also the Exercise is good for you,and they say,it helps you get Slim.So all you slimmers,Make the Effort,far better than contorting in front of a Mirror to some DVD.but then again,that could be another story..pmsl.**M**.:o))>.

dunno about the ladies' side of things, but after a certain age, I think the end result doesn't justify the effort!!

I had one of those hysterical ops when I was 42 I have never looked back since. got rid of the old man later the same year. Had 4 years of fun then met my toyboy new hubby when I was 46!!!
