For me it has been a wonderful place, but one of sadness too,

Yes important so I can keep in touch with all the friends I have made and I've missed posting during the times when I've been *coughs* unable to.

However.......I like to think that the friends I have made would last outside of GR sooooooooo yes and no Caz lol xx

For the help and support during the grim times I have gone through it's invaluable. You can share things on here you can't burden your best non cyber friends with cos they would get too upset.

Also there are a few, naming no names of course, who know when I am miserable and feeling sorry for myself when to take the proverbial and make me laugh!

I hope I support others too.

Real life, family and friends are Important, and in the grand scheme of things, Gr isnt.

The friends Ive made here are important, but id see them elsewhere.

Yes in some respects as Muffy said its a place I can come and speak to all my friends at once which is cool.

Also when ya feeling a bit pants there is always someone on here to give you the support you need often in my case a kick up the bum and making me laugh.

Sue have you broken the news to OH what his next job is going to be? lol

I agree with Muffy. Most of the friends I have made on here I meet up with so I don't need GR for that.

I would miss the support I get from here, the way sometimes I can cry laughing at the wit shown and the fact that on a serious debate thread it is always interesting to hear other peoples points of view. In a sort of way I have found it quite educational at times.

I think my answer must be yes, at times, it is quite important just to take me out of myself.
