if you include the Wirral area which is the other side of the River Mersey that is also part of the Liverpool area [ though they don't like to admit it ] Liverpool is roughly 22mls x 20mls |

Blainey's dates are disputed by some others but I find it convincing Many racists try to bring the date forward to support their view that the aboriginals have no right to land claims. |

Diane I only recently found out my Great Grandfather came from Liverpool.I thought he was a Scot but his father was born in Scotland and moved to Liverpool where he married a local girl and their children were all born there. |

Well Daphne here I am, not a relative but I was born in Wales, My real mum [ who gave me up for adoption to my Father and his wife complicated I know ] was from Wales so that makes me Welsh. |

We all have these complicated stories or we wouldn't be looking for our ancestors on sites like these. My husbands mother can recite her ancestors back to the Chinese equivalent of the ark and thinks I must have been adopted because I have to look for mine. |
