I am sure is wasn;t this thread but there was a few nasty comments flowing around the boards yesterday. I stay away from replying to those threads though.

	Some days it's a battle Jackie other days I get on a roll,like today.It's not the content it's the way they want it all set out and I am doing it on line which means any questions have to be emailed and wait for them to reply which for them is 9 to 5.
