	West Mersea is Essex That’s the death record I accessed and posted earlier. Didn’t have time to study it as carefully as I would have liked. Thanks for the additional info and it certainly looks as thought the November date is simply that of his interment The half-sister who had his effects almost certainly had a child with her first husband…….one who could be living. Perhaps Sandra will come back at some stage and follow-through on the info found for her…..and let us know if we’ve identified the right man!!
