Almost every friday here whilst my daugher and son in law were staying they used to knock up a mexican meal, each time I would opt for good old ham egg and chips :)

LOL Colin... a car... what make? I am the most fussy of eaters and have been surprised on how much I like Mexican food - it really is worth a go.

Kitty .. I only discovered them about 6 months ago, hadn't got a clue what they were, and thought Mexican food was for 'other people'.

As for making Buritos.... oooohhh eeeerrrr!!

Love Mexican food.

Tina I have a recipe for Burritos, and they are amazingly simple to make.

No peppers in this one, I use courgettes instead.

After me tea I'll send it to you if you like.
