You have described what I was feeling.

You are on the road to recovery

I have c&p this to keep.

God bless you my friend hope that you can see light at the end of the tunnell, it is there honest you just need to keep looking everyday

Dave. I have suffered from it since 1972, and still do. I have been prescribed several tablets, but I have an intolerance to a lot of medication.
I can usually pick myself up, but sometimes I can't.
I hace also educated by brain to tell me when I am really down, and speak to someone. I have seen counsellors etc, but at the end of the day, it really is only me who can help myself , and just get on with life.

Dave, this is the kind of thing they put in the magazine I mentioned earlier in the thread. It really does sum things up well.
