It seems the problem is not with my puter..but with GR. How many of you have to log in completely when you come to GR now? Its only been happening in the last week or so. Can you add which Browser (the programme you are using to view GR ie Internet Explorer or IE) you are using, there might be a pattern.

I never have to log in just type genes in the space bar and I'm taken to the success board then just click on gen catherine xx

Same as Ellan, sometimes I do, others I dont... cant see any pattern in it. As for which browser....wassa browser??? (sorry) Clare x

I have found that I have to sign in often lately, but my password has been remembered. Then today I tried to have a look at my account, and had my password denied. I have had my password since I started with Gr. Deanna X

If I sign out properly then i have to sign in, but If I just close the window i dont have to sign in next time

Thats normally what happens here waveyone, but lately I have had to sign in, in spite of not signing out and asking it to remember me. Pattern seems to be emerging, but then most of us use IE based browsers anyway.
