I wouldn't trust anyone that stopped you in the street. She was probably a witch that wanted to sell you some worry beads or something |

LOL, We all have one Louise whether we're aware of them or acknowledge is another matter ;~D We have one permanent guide who remains with us all our earthly lives and others come an go to assist us with whatever our next hurdle may be. Just be open to the fact you have a guide and ask for signs that there are there and when you encounter a tough time don't be afraid to ask for help, a burden shared is a burden halved after all. Look out for 'coincidences' like walking into a book shop and happening on a book about angels or a subject you may be studying at the mo, or meeting somebody who is instumental in helping you with something you are involved in currently. There's no such thing as coincidence.... everything happens for a reason..... even if we can't fathom what that might be. Sometimes we can only see a sequence of events after it's all happened. I had an Native Indian guide working with me during the two years I was training as a healer .... are you interested in complimentary therapies at all? XX Sioux |

Hi Louise sorry if this may be jumping on your thread but do you know how i would 'cleanse' my house, it is over 105 years old and i know it has had very unhappy things go on in it, when i came here two years ago it was very run down too, i am working on it which has helped, but it doesn't 'feel' right, i know it can be a lovely house still. I have been told i have a guide that i need to open up to and trust, i know they are there as i have felt them especially when things have been rough. Kirstyx |

To rid your house of anything evil you will need frankinsence joss sticks... you light them and say the lords prayer in each room and ask the ark angel michael to protect you. close the curtains as you leave each room... I have a spiritual guide too. mine is an old north american indian woman called janu. had a reading from a very good medium and was astonished that she got so much right! ( including spooky stuff that had gone on at my house)... i am also a healer.. x |

you can cleanse your house with tingshas. Just go round the house and bash them in each corner. My little girls do that after my hubby has had a severe moaning session lol |

Just Curious as to why it is that ,Whenever someone has a 'Guide' its always an'American Indian ' or some sort of 'Eastern Mystic'?.Its never a 'Druid'or 'Wicker Man'or even an'Ancient Brit' Perhaps somebody could explain this as it seems to be 'Uncanny'. Hal. |

I have been told numerous times that I have a sister of mercy ( nun ) with me, a red indian and a chinese guide, and strangley in relation to the latter, I often read articles such as letters pages from the bottom right letter through to the top left hand first letter . I was told about the chinese guide before i mentioned this odd reading of mine to the medium. Elaine x |

I was always told that everyone has a spirit guide. Never believed a word of it though. BUT, some long years ago my daughter (then aged 17) and I went with some friends to a spiritualist, totally out of our area. My daughter was told she had two spirit guides and the woman described the prevalent one. I nearly fainted. It was my father-in-law to a tee. He'd died 2 years before we got married and 5 years before my daughter was born. None of the people we were with ever knew him so couldn't have given the woman any clues. I'm still a sceptic but have to admit I can't explain how that could happen. Jan..... wooooooo :-)) |

It is correct that we all have a Spirit Guide, some people are lucky enough to be aware of them and others do not and never do know. My husband has a male Cantonese spirit guide although he has not made himself known yet to my husband. Some people have more than one guide, my husband has been told to research more and keep his mind open. We find the whole thing very interesting and often have physic evenings here at home. |

Your description is bang on Joanne ... not every one wants to know their guide .... it doesn't stop them being there and trying to help out where ever they can LOL. Hope your hubby warms to the idea, you sound like a very open minded lady. XX Sioux |
