So sorry to hear your sad news Sue, I still miss my little Jake, he's been gone nearly 4 years. Pets bring us so much love and so much heartache, It's like losing a member of the family. It gets easier in time but we never forget them. Take care Michele X

Why should we mind if you cuddled the little body of your just-deceased pet, Sue? The vet that put one of our beloved cats to sleep in '97 advised us to let our other cat see his dead body, so she could see he had gone. He said that sometimes they need closure, too. I believe that Suki's little body is now her shell, and that she's gone somewhere else. Take care. x

Sue, i'm glad you cuddled her for a while, it's hard letting go isnt it. I should know, i still havnt been able to part with Henriettas ashes... If there is anything i can do, let me know... They are our friends and family for a long time... lots of love and hugs, Lou xxx
