Why can't they stop moaning? Surely you can bring the dishes down yourself when you come to pick up my clothes for the washing? Makes more sense that way. More efficient.

'if you don't like the way I arrange things, why don't you do it yourself?' (I remember being a teen)

Daniel

Daniel Report 2 Mar 2006 22:30

He does do it himself! No respect for MY property! Cook is getting a bit mouthy these days. Hope it's just a phase.

You could move out., then there would be no nagging. Deb

Daniel Report 3 Mar 2006 08:27

Move out? They made a commitment to see me through to adulthood and I'll make sure they do! I didn't ask to be born did I? It's the least they can do. I hope one day they realise, when their bones are aching and eyesight bleary, that young Daniel really wasn't so bad. 'If only we had treated him better, we wouldn't be in this Home now.' Ah well. With reference to the point about divorcing your parents, children in America have taken their parents to court and divorced them but the child either ends up as ward of the court or they would have to provide a responcable adult to take parental responcability for them. I think that grandparents have learnt how to speek to teenagers when their children were young so have had the time to see that if I treat the teenager in this way, then they'll not fly of into a rage.

Granny

Granny Report 3 Mar 2006 18:37

Daniel, would it hurt you to take your dirty clothes and dishes down stairs yourself. Or better still eat your meals down there it would save a problem.

Daniel

Daniel Report 3 Mar 2006 18:40

I'm not eating with a gobby six year old girl and my brother who is good but still, I'd rather be on my Bill. This room is my command centre and that is how it shall stay.
