Yes of course, and it is theft. What happened with me that time. I used to pay my furniture bill to a shop up town. (I was about 24) And I used to send a stamped addresssed envelope for the return of my card. When it came back, I opened it and it took me a little moment to realise that it wasn't mine , but the lady next doors. I took it in and said how sorry I was...... she nearly ate me!! I think it was the fact that I now knew that her furniture too came on a 'never never plan' LOL Deanna X

Hi Sheila, So you mean your received the cash, but the vouchers and the locket are missing. Then you have 2 options no, 1 the direct approach. you can go around there and say your step d rang to thank the sender of the card , and has been informed that there was a locket and gift voucher also sent , and could they check with the person who opened the card where they are. 2. The other thing would be to let the PO handle this, maybe these things, where insured all though you can never replace the sentimental value of the locket, but I would drop into the conversation that you has informed the PO about the theft sorry loss, and they may be contacted, as it was delivered to them. Shame on them if they took it, after you have helped them out in the past ! Good Luck! hope you get them back especially the locket. Sheila
