Next Door? Would the houses have been around in 1947? Oh Daniel, any info gratefully received. There were a few of the Huttons but all died relatively young and none appear to have family - that I've found of course. Oh sugar, think another trip to Merseyside is reqd. |

Yeah, the houses are 1880's I think. Well known road although nothing brilliant about it. Houses are a bit big for the area. I think Victoria was an early road in Tranmere. |

Thanks for that Daniel. He was an engineer at Cammel Lairds so might try the Library, pity firm is no longer there. Got a cousin in States, must send her a message, her grandmother and Alex Hutton's mother were sisters. Christine |

The yard is still there with Cammell Lairds written all over it, just a different company now. |
