Um, it couldn't be the Pachelbel Canon, could it? You know, it was featured in an advert for wool once, and showing a sheep (surprise, surprise!). It's one of our favourite classical pieces, but I guess the best description is that it goes on and on, with bits added to the next bit, and so on ........ Oh come on, you know what piece I mean! x

Is dying at the end really romantic - I mean I realise it is sort of compulsary but still.... and if it gets played in a lift it absolutely cannot under any circumstances be considered romantic, or indeed musical. Thank you all by the way - wonderful thread - computer may short out from all tears rolling down my cheeks.
