Is dying at the end really romantic - I mean I realise it is sort of compulsary but still.... and if it gets played in a lift it absolutely cannot under any circumstances be considered romantic, or indeed musical. Thank you all by the way - wonderful thread - computer may short out from all tears rolling down my cheeks.

Daniel do you mean love story? Sounds like the da da daa's previously mentioned, no lyrics and is in nearly every other music box you listen to. Failing that perhaps Je Taime for PURE cheesiness x

Um, it couldn't be the Pachelbel Canon, could it? You know, it was featured in an advert for wool once, and showing a sheep (surprise, surprise!). It's one of our favourite classical pieces, but I guess the best description is that it goes on and on, with bits added to the next bit, and so on ........ Oh come on, you know what piece I mean! x
