Sorry to hear about your probs Liz. I also have trouble sleeping but still go to bed. I have MS and the shoulder problem doesn't help. I have a symptom called Restless Legs and I just can't get comfy. I am going to go and relax, put telly on and see if I can get a snooze before I do the rugby run tonight. I was so pleased when the RSL just rang and said they had published Zacks poem and are sending me some copies of it to send to my mum and dad in UK. At least my parenting skills seem to have worked on this one LOL. I have had trouble for 5 years now with the other one and it has got me down so much - Zack's poem is a bright light to cheer me up. Hi Donna, I am often up late as I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome so my sleep pattern is all to pot! I like to go through the threads so I don't miss too much, nosey thing I am, but it is the only way to keep up with what is happening to the friends I have made on here and at meets. Will be going in another half an hour, o.h. snores, so I can't sleep well when he is in the bed lol He gets up around 8 am when I start snoring then I sleep on for a few hours more! it isn't the best situation as I lose the best part of the day but hope to change the situation in the nearish future, i.e. leave this house and get back to my own.
