my mum was a slender strawberry blonde and her father-in-law called her Rita Hayworth :-)

I spent my teenaged years trying to tame the widow's peak cowlick that would not let me have a fringe (going to bed in sticky tape and forgetting to take it off before going to school ...) ... so when I settled on trying to drape it across my forehead my dad called me Veronica Lake

you have to right-click on the image, select 'view image' and -then- copy the URL (that ends in 'jpg') in your address bar
