Silly Sausage

Silly Sausage Report 9 Sep 2012 09:47

I watched the first of this series the other week with Mel B and thought what a nasty mare she was, every year I swear I am not going to get involved and have avoided doing so, however last night my daughter Princess naughty girl, somehow got control of the TV and both me and Itsmytelly had to endure the nightmare.
I changed my opinion of Mel C very quickly no wonder she was grumpy having to watch a load of useless talented nobodys that have all ready been through god knows how many auditions to actually get on the stage in front of the judges.
The lowest point had to be the end of last night show, a bloke arrives on stage shaking from his boots to his orange tanned face, que sad music, que concern from the judges, que the sad story, " Ive come here today to sing the song I sang at my grandads funeral" Que VT to show bloke sat his grandmothers feet in her front room. VT ends and back to bloke on stage..que shot to audience's concerned faces... que shot of back stage his nana clinging on to Dermot.....music starts...bloke looks at his feet still shaking ... bloke starts to sing...que shocked faces from the judges ........the audience are on their feet the judges are on their feet suddenly bloke is lost in the music lost in the song not a shake to be seen...song ends roof is lifted...not a dry eye in the house, Tulisa asks the bloke to bring his nana on stage he does, she too announces her " nerves are 'anging out" more appuse...rolls credits ...show ends...Princess naughty girl wipes eyes with one of my didsplay cushions :-| Itsmytelly and I sit at first in shock at the worse staged TV I have ever witnessed and roll about laughing...obsoloutely dreadful. :-P

Morning Hayley Darlink
We have watch this series since it began the other week, and have to say, it is the most talentless series there has ever been. It is bl**dy awful.
At first I thought that Mel B was just being big mouthed, but have grown to like her 'opinions' of the singers. Yes she is forthright, but she at least is telling it how it is. What a sheer waste of TV viewing.
And guess what. It is on again at 8.00 TONIGHT.

Take Care

Rambling Report 9 Sep 2012 12:34

I disagree, I think she's a cow lol, in her first 'performance' on the show she was trying to be Simon, but with the intelligence, wit, and sometime charm removed, by virtue of her having none of those attributes in the first place the only reason she has modified her 'style'..is because she needs a boost to her career...which to date, after the SGs, adds up to a brief west end gig, a one season talent show, and a Jenny Craig ad...

Miaooowwww lol.

Don't like Gerri Halliwell either, and when the camera's on her doesn't she look old under the make up ;-)

It's my 'bitch ' day today.... :-D

Can't stand MelB, don't think she will add anything to the programme and/or regain the number of people watching.

I watch it (himself doesn't) but come on woman, there are GR members who watch that damn awful Big Brother FGS.

At least I have more class ;-) ;-)

I quite like the X Factor show when it is the actual competition but can't stand the auditions, OH likes the auditions and liked the orange faced man who if his nerves are so bad won't cope with the proper shows.

I didn't realise that Mel B did the Talent show but I have the winners cd, he, Adam Watkiss, only made the one but I believe he did some musicals after he won the show.

I missed it as we were at a family BBQ. The younger family memebers were sat watching it and I popped in and saw the bit with Gerry Halliwell. I thought she had not aged very well either Rose. Its a real eye opener when you see these stars without the make up and air brushed look :0)

I shall be watching George tonight. I have never seen it before until last week. Im only sorry that I had not watched the series when it was on before.

I usually watch it but was away yesterday. I do prefer it when it gets to the live shows though and most of the acts are reasonably watchable.

l love Xfactor, all of it, EXCEPT when they do a big build up from their homes etc, no need!!! To me that means they know they are going to be good or bad. How do they decide who to use for that?? Why can't they just do it as it was in the beginning or almost!!
Yep l love the auditions, even though l often think "what the bloody hell are they on there for".

The guy at the end was amazing, can't remember his name now, but bloody good anyways:)

Mel B..l'm liking her more now, but Geri Haliwell.....nope don't like her as a judge, silly competition with Gary, for goodness sake grow up both of them!!
Pleased to see she's not going out with Russell whatsits now...phewwww...lol

Hayley,
The guy to whom I think you were referring, who brought his nan on the stage his hands were visibly shaking during his performance...good actor? or good singer.?
or both!
I think he was an excellent yet apparent nervous singer.

I don't always watch the the programme and have only seen BB for a nano second when switching channels..that's far too long!

~`*`Jude`*`~ Report 10 Sep 2012 09:20

Aww he was'nt acting surely not, he was genuinely shaking. Voice was amazing, its sad they have to do the sob story/video though, much better if they just got on stage and said abit about his background/story and then sang!! Lovely that his Nan came on stage:)) But for some the video bit is what gets peeps to watch!!

Love it:)) l've set telly to record every one now:)
