Housekeeping tip number 1..........


Always keep several get well cards on the mantel.....that way if unexpected guests arrive...they'll think you've been sick and unable to clean !!! :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D :-D

and always leave the vac out - then it looks as if you've either just done it or are going to do it - my philosophy

a friend of mine is in hospital owing to a vac cleaner - he misunderstood the purpose of a Dyson ball cleaner

It's S*D* Law if the place is untidy - you will get visitors

If you clean and scrub - nobody will turn up for days until it's a mess again :-(

you could say,

that you were sitting on the really cold naughty step(because of your terrible lies) wet yourself,stood up and slipped,broke both your legs,so you are unable to do housework for a few months(nearer to the truth methinks) :-D
