JoyLouise, you would be a very welcome gran to my two. I had the most wonderful in-laws who stayed young for all their lives. Hubby and I are 50-somethings and we are daft. The football team mates of our daughter seem to think we are both nutters because we aren't afraid to make idiots of ourselves (in a nice way). Daughter doesn't mind at all. She rather appreciates that her parents do stuff that others don't ie don't hide that they love each other and laugh and smile and joke a lot. One day we shall have to grow up and be adults but intend to avoid it for as long as possible. Your grandchildren will always remember how you play with them and will love you all the more for it. xJ |
