Am so glad that they have agreed to give you a refund as they cannot sort out their issue. Try a free trial on ancestry and on find my past to see which you prefer.

For your replies...I did try Compatibility view but that wasnt showing the correct page view... just the text
Also...Lindsey they have now given me a refund ...which I should recieve in the next few days...
They think there is a conflict set up with my computer & the site

For what its worth, demand a full refund and go for FMP or Ancestry, GR do not own the records they only divert you to other sites. Take a free trial first.

CelestialOooooLace. I'd try compatability view. I have had success on other sites using this. In fact I leave it in compatability view unless it tells me it causes a problem. This can be set in Tools. You have nothing to lose by giving it a try.

I have noticed & only on the Genes site on my computer...In front of the green refresh arrows is a what looks a broken page button....Compatibility View...web sites designed for older browsers will often look better, and problems such as out of place menus,Images or text will be corrected..... would you think this has this anything to do with me not having been able to access any Records/Census's...on Genes...

I have been given advice to try clicking first on sent messages and then the in box - seems to work :-)

I have replied this morning to the Genes Support Teams about yesterdays email from them....
I have tried to private message you but that is also not working for me!!!
There is no change in my accessing any Records/Census's...

Thank you...It so annoying as I have lost 9 days access to the Census Records...I have tried to access them again just after my last post to you but Its the same as before no change...:(
I will let you know tommorow if anything changes or not...

I don't buy their expression that it must be a problem from your end - too many people have been told to do as you were advised and the end result was that it definitely was a problem in the site and not in people's computers.
If you look at the most recent announcement in the announcements board, one can read that there is a problem in the site.

Please post on here or / and send a personal message to me letting me know how things are this evening or tomorrow, whichever you wish; or, if you are on facebook, you could post on genes reunited's page there, too.

Thank you very much for your kind help in posting on facebook for me...
The Support Team have contacted me & suggested again that I down load 1E8 & Its updates .which I did on the 24th March as they then suggested...
But they do say It must be a problem from my end & to contact them again if I cant sort It...I had never had a problem before when I was a standard member...& so I dont know what else I can do....
