Please report it again.

Many people were reporting problems with the site and genes reunited posted in the announcements that there was a problem in the site -
Message board errors

Have you downloaded a viewer. Its a long time since I used the Genes site for records but its something like Java or adobe you need. Again from memory, when you go onto the image page it gives a white page and at the top of the page should be a message saying what you need to view the image.

Hope this helps.

There won't be any admin staff available, I understand, until Monday now. I shall report it again on their page on facebook, too, then.
In the meantime, try ancestry for census which is free tomorrow, census day.

This may sound weird but have you tried another browser. I've found in the past that sometimes when I can't get something to work on one browser it will work on another.

Did you manage to download the appropriate viewer? Without it no browser will display the records

To delete cookies, in IE8 look for Tools on your toolbar above. Press Tools, the Internet Options which is at the bottom of the list and then delete temporary files.

However if you cannot access the page then I am not sure that this is going to help you. I take it you do the search, get your probables, click view image and nothing happens, you do not leave that page.

I really think you need to download an add on for your browser. IE will not be able to display the results without it.

You could email GR and ask which viewer you need to view the records. Then download one for free.
