Do you have a job to do but keep putting off? I have and keep
saying will do it later. I've been saying I'll tidy up my boots, shoes,
summer footwear and pairs of slippers for months now. My OH
says he will help me but I can't get started and to top it all I keep
buying more, especially slippers.

Sharron Report 21 Jan 2011 11:35

Look,I could procrastinate for England if I could just get round to it.

Pile of ironing like the Himalayas.Pair of slippers need to be packed up and sent back.Wet room floor looks like a chicken run,as does the kitchen floor.

That do for a start?

Well done Sharron, don't like the sound of the ironing.
I should be ashamed of myself because I would be
supervising the tidy up and OH sorting it out due to RA.
It really annoys me because when I open the wardrobe
they fall out. Hangs head in shame. LOL Respect for
owning up.

Well, when i have managed to force myself away from this radiator, and finished me coffee, I am going to make my way to do my M***sons shop, which I should have gone and started over an hour ago.
It is so cold here, I have not warmed up all morning.

I've a motorcycle and scooter that need the batteries recharging then put in for their MOTs.

A boat cover that needs taking off and something put under so water does not collect in a dip in it.

Masses of filing.

A Charity Commission return to go in by the end of the month.

Photographs to download from the camera.

Video to download from a camcorder.

A printer to reconnect to a computer.

Need I go on...... !

Brian I'm glad I'm not alone, feeling better already.
There's always tomorrow but saying that tomorrow
never comes. It would have to be the spur of the
moment with me, don't talk about it do it, either
that or I would need to be buried in them when I
open the door.

Well I keep putting things off apart from the ironing.

I wash, dry, air and put away and iron as I need it. Better to spend five minutes ironing something for everyone to wear than two hours with a great big pile:-)

Tooty you are a saint LOL. You look after the ironing as I wlways intend to, but it never happens, one thing at a time, in a panic, because it's the last minute!
My nemesis is piles of paper, unopened envelopes, yes I know what I SHOULD do, but only at tax time can I seem to deal with it, and then shock myself at how little time it actually took !!
I constantly Freecycle other things, but those wretched papers

Apparently, there is going to be an extra button on the TV remote control to allow the viewer to airbrush/iron-out the presenter's facial wrinkles.

2 of my one of these days jobs are

Redecorating the upstairs loo. Shouldn't really take long and have had the paint for about 3 years!

Finishing off hems and turnings for net curtians. They've been taken out and put away for about the same time - lol

Mail doesn't both me. They get opened, put on the windowsill for dealing with, but when they are eventually looked properly at a week or so later, most of it ends up in the bin
