the good or the bad in people?

I tend to only see the good: why look for trouble?

I see the good ...that is just me .Proved wrong sometimes but Hey I would rather it that way round.

People or personas on the internet?:)

I believe that people are born good, they only learn by experiences how to be bad......I try to see the good in everyone, and believe that there is a reason why they behave like they do.....

.........but I think people who commit evil deeds like Ian Brady and Myra Hindley, and go on to commit more, are truly deeply evil people.......and there are those who make silly mistakes, but learn from them.......it is when you do not listen and do not learn, when it all goes wrong.....

I tend to take people as I find them. Don't listen to gossip (talking real life here) and make up my own mind. Generally speaking I find that first impressions are usually right but I have been proved wrong on one or two occasions........... much to my regret.

I don't look for good or bad. I generally go by first impressions and I'm not often wrong. On here? Well it's always a gamble - it takes longer to get to know people over the net because we don't see the body language, facial expression and the tone of voice.

I agree with Sally's post except that I'm not sure I believe in truly deeply evil people yet - I haven't come across it face to face.

I don't think I really think in terms of good or bad, more in terms of whether people appeal to me or not.

I look for the good but don't always find it :)

I don't look for the good or the bad - I wait, sit back and then see what the person shows me.

And then I make my mind up

I would like to think... i would look for the good in people....

Funny you should say that Lynda because on the two occasions I was proved wrong was with the same person!

Oops, have to edit this because thinking about it, it is not strictly true......there was one lady who I knew and met daily, but for some reason I could not gel with her at all, and I was worried because I did not know why.......perhaps it was an animal thing....

People (real people I know) always say I see the good in people. I don't know if that's the case, I do see the good and that's what I concentrate on. However, I think I do see people's flaws too (prefer to call it that rather than bad) but I don't usually vocalise it or hold it in much significance. My god, I've got loads of flaws lol

Just something I was saying/thinking about today (which I won't go into) is making me question whether I'm more negative than usual and i was just wondering why.

I tent to sit back and watch and listen, (in real life) then I decide as to whether I am going to be able to get along with them. I am a fairly good judge of people. Most people I know are good people but I have come across the odd one that's not to my liking. I always try to look for the good in people though. xxx
