For my Great niece. She is only 18 and her little 6 month old son died today.

apparently they were both asleep on the bed, she put a duvet on the floor in case he rolled off. He did roll off and suffocated. I had not met him, only seen photos but know from my sister that she was a lovely natural Mum. Were are all so upset for her. And I am upset for my sister, he was her first gt grandson.

And , of course, his Mum will blame herself.

RIP little one.

omg i work with the homeless and we had a mother that lost her 6 month old son from choking.Very sad.Thoughts with the mother.No other words too sad annie

Ann, this is terrible news.

What can anyone say in such tragic circumstances.

Ann,
I am so sorry to hear this.
There are no words that can describe how the poor mother must feel.My daughter lost an identical twin at 4 months through a cot death and I know how we still feel.The other twin will be 20 on Monday,but we all still speak of the other one.
My thoughts and prayers are with you.

Ann so sorry to hear of this sudden tragic loss of a small infant.
Naturally his mother will blame herself, but she musn't.
She gave him 6wonderful months of life.
