Good Morning, beautiful day here in Sunny Rhyl.

Yes I like the idea of re-using family names We have Thomas as a middle name running through the male side

Texted my niece this morning with Ruby and Rosie (didn't mention the Yorkies) and told her about all your kind suggestions, she is really touched.

Linda. Just a long shot, do you know any Rawlinson's from Bolton, Jacqueline and Clifford?

If one was born before midnight on the Tuesday and one born after she could call them:

Tuesday and Wednesday ...

I was going to suggest Peaches and Cream but that sounds a bit pop-singerish.

If I'd had a couple of daughters (instead of my one son) I would have called them:

Sarah and Lucy.

Or what about my mum and her sister - Alice and Rose.

But, I like the idea of naming them after some ancestors - they don't have to be on your direct line they could be from ancestors' siblings' marriages etc.

OMG. Paul. Wouldn't two girls be enough to cope with lol

Hannah and Julie

My late mother was called Hannah, and me daughter always said she would name a daughter after her.

Unfortunately, she can't carry girls, so it will never be,

Good luck to your neice Janie.

Rather her than me :))))

I would choose different initials as first names, we have 2 daughters with the same initial and when letters came, they used to open each others..............caused more than a few arguments in our house! lol

I have afriend with twin girls now 18 born in december, they hate their names Holly and Noelle-- and said their parents lacked and imagination on the name front. When they were around 16 both wert for their second names Lexi from Alexandra and Kat from Katherine. said their other names were naff.

cautionary tale only.

Hope all goes well for a safe delivery

If they have the same first initial they could give them second names with different initials.

How about themed names, e.g.flowers/plants/gems?

Bryony, Erica, Heather, Rosemary, Fern, Honeysuckle, Jasmine.

Rose, Lily, Violet, Daisy,

Oh I Like Bethan and Megan as were Welsh, but it's not my choice, so will pass it on for Monday's text. My niece's OH ,Christian, has a twin, James, they are sooo alike I still have trouble telling them apart, as you can imiagine they play on this, at my expense!

Linda, do you know if they live on Raveden Close? Son's being in 40's is about right.

Jacki, viv, what item would you say came in the most useful with the twins when they were first born, apart from nappies, nappies and more nappies?looking for a practical gift idea.
