Hi Chris, Ive been told tai chi is good, is it based on slow movements and deep breathing? |

hi caz its all about the balance between your ying and yang (this bit has ice baby laughing) but basically ying is soft gentle movements and yang the stronger movements but it also entails the breathing to i'm not an expert i was only doing at primary kids level but it was certainly relaxing |

I went through all that with my daughter from the time she was seventeen when she totally changed personality. It was like she was a different person. we would go for days avoiding each so as not to speak. She decided to go travelling for a year, it was the best thing ever, i worried constantly but she used to ring me and i would ring her at least two or three times a week when she came home it was brilliant. She is now thirty still living at home but we are now so close. Its lovely - she will come back to you. I couldnt even say here what my daughter used to say to me. I found the only way to get through it was to walk away and ignore her. i really feel for you i know what you are feeling. Take heart you will get through it. Just tell her you love her no matter what. all the best for now. |

Caz, it is hard, I had it all with my son and being on my own had no support at all. Now we are fine but I wish I had handled things differently. |
