Ah well that's ok then. ;-) If you'd been 6'5 I'd have objected LOL. You could probably stand to put on a few pounds but why is it that when you *try* to put it on it won't but when you don't want it, it piles on PML.

Have you tried getting a build up meal type thing from chemist, or are you just eating more? Protein is good, so mushrooms, pulses, meat...etc.

Problem is I never put any weight on so I can stuff my face with all the wrong things.

I used to be like that *mourns the day* It was all to do with my thyroid op, I'm convinced. I recently finally decided I would never be a size 10 again and gave all those clothes to charity, holding them up, I couldn't believe that they used to fit me, they looked tiny.

roughly a 28" waist, or it was for me as I've always been a bit hippy.
