LOL Wish I had been Errol, wouldn't have hurt so much. Would you believe it, I sneezed! Went tumbling down five or six steps, but my arm was resting on the banister so when I went it slipped over the other side and I badly bruised my arm pit as well as pulling every muscle I forgot I had on my left side. Fortunately nothing broken, not even the mug in my hand or the radiator when my walking stick crashed into it. LOL. |

LOL Claire, it's more my hips I'd like to lose it from. The weight seems to be shifting from my waist but not my hips. Of course I can't do the exercises that would be great for that. Oh well, I've got a lovely hourglass figure hidden under those extra inches. |
