Aw, Errol, I'm sorry to hear that, hope you're starting to feel a bit better. The weather probably isn't helping, I know a lot of people who are unwell at the moment.

The beef casserole will definitely warm you up. I'd love some but I think I'll hold off on the wine, thanks, I've had so many painkillers it would be a really bad combo. Of course I would have been fine if I hadn't fallen on the stairs today *rolls eyes.*

LOL Wish I had been Errol, wouldn't have hurt so much. Would you believe it, I sneezed! Went tumbling down five or six steps, but my arm was resting on the banister so when I went it slipped over the other side and I badly bruised my arm pit as well as pulling every muscle I forgot I had on my left side. Fortunately nothing broken, not even the mug in my hand or the radiator when my walking stick crashed into it. LOL.

Claire, I long for the years when I was fighting to put on a few pounds and was only 8st 3lbs. Obviously don't have that problem now.

G'Day All,
Yes Moonshine I'm in Australia - Perth WA to be exact. Been here 15 years and definitely have no urge to return to a cold & wet UK.

So will it tee you off if I say I am 11 stones?

~Summer Scribe~

~Summer Scribe~ Report 23 Mar 2008 01:19

LOL Claire, it's more my hips I'd like to lose it from. The weight seems to be shifting from my waist but not my hips. Of course I can't do the exercises that would be great for that. Oh well, I've got a lovely hourglass figure hidden under those extra inches.

~Summer Scribe~ Report 23 Mar 2008 01:19
