Hi Ladies anyone still about?. I have had another busy day.
Helping at the Salon having a Massage lol and then finishing my packing when I got home. It's all in the car and ready to go. Won't be late in bed tonight as we are setting off at 7am in the morning. But will have a couple of hours with whoevers around

Shimms I think my brother is going into Pallaitve care within the next two weeks. My sister had to go see them today. I would have liked to have gone with her but stayed at the Salon and answered the phones as all the girls had clients. So I think it's getting close for him Bless him he is so frail. But My sister told me to go away and just try not to think about it too much. Time enough when I come back.

Thanks Barb I'll try. Just the 5 hour drive I don't like. I hate country driving here you have to keep your eye out for Kangaroos in the country. Hit one of those and you sure know about it

How is everyone?
Jackie you must be looking forward to your holiday.
We had another earthquake this afternoon much the same as the last 4 point something. Also a bit of a stir the last few days with a "military exercise" or thats the excuse anyway.Low flying helicopters without lights over the CBD at night and buzzing certain suburbs during the day,lots of people calling radio stations about it but no official explanation.

Oh yes there are lots of Roadside Cafes. We will stop about 3 times I guess as I get stiff when driving a long way so will need a stretch. Hubby will do some driving but he hates it lol
Should be pretty quiet on the roads Midweek as most people go on the weekends.

You certainly have fun over in Oz, earthquakes now, and it seems strange to have the military doing exercises over inhabited areas especially at night, we only ever get the occasional police helicopter at night and they can be a nuisance.....hmmm

We have mild tremors here very occcasionally and I have only felt one once and it seemed like someone was hitting the back of the sofa, with their hand, just a few times but that was what it was like...

Make sure you stop a few times then Jackie and take your time....
