Anyone who seriously wants to follow a vegetarian diet these days will find it easy given the wide range of quorn/soya products in many supermarkets. Many everyday meals such as Shep Pie,Curry, Chilli, Bolognaise, Lasagne , Stew etc can be enjoyed using these products when time is limited to follow the time-consuming recieps's in cook books.

Well I def think its worth a go. Now I just need to get a couple of cook books and run down the freezer - if I don't buy the meet the he can't eat it. How long til he's moaning do ya recon? I know - I'm mean making him go along with me but hey ho....he'll live.lol

Off to bed now - he's pretty tired as I had one of my talk in my sleep nights and woke him up at 2am telling him he had to get up for work - unfortunately he didn't realise I was asleep OR that it was 2am, until he was up. Whoops!!! lol xx
