Have worn mine for almost 30 years now - just for the one eye though - the other cant be fixed something to do with the brain not reacting Ambliopia or something its called. Had I had a proper mother my site could have been saved as a child but she wasnt interested in her children or their needs. |

yep, I wear mine all the time, and they do help with hearing! I have to put mine on to answer the phone, to see whos talking to me !! |

I wear mine from wake-up to bedtime. Tri-focals, with progressive midline. Frighteningly dependent on them!! Need a new Rx but the last pair cost over $300Cdn, so I've been putting it off, my health insurance only covers $120 every 2 years. |

Me, I wear varifocals. I also hear better with my glasses on, and if it is light. That is because I am hard of hearing (wear a hearing aid some of the time) and rely on subconsciously lip reading. |

I've worn glasses since i was 11...short sighted.....i tried contacts when i was about 15 but i fainted when the optician put them in!!!!! then when i was 19 i tried again and have been wearing them ever since(almost but not quite 20years).I've always had disposable lenses and hate wearing my glasses..........Gwyn i too can't hear so well without my glasses....i got laughed at when i told my family that, |

I wear varifocals and have for years, I have a special pair for VDUs with anti-glare coating cost £305.00, fortunately paid for by the company... |
