No stray.............but we are having a few round tomorrow for hot beef sandwiches............OH won't let me cook the beef, too expensive! :)))

LOL Twizzle.....................I dropped the ice cubes when i was struggling with the freezer lid................the dog is having great fun chasing a couple of them up and down the hallway.

*sighs and pours a glass of wine*

my mate once made them forgot they were in the oven

I'm making some tomorrow - the pastry's in the fridge thawing out.

I remember making some in a food technology lesson last think on a Friday at school. Of course there were too many of us and not enough ovens so I just shoved them in. They were cooked on the outside but not on the inside and I thought they tasted horrendous but my dad still ate them.

But I will be making nice ones tomorrow. I hope. As long as the pastry doesn't stick to the work top.

LOL Well, I do like flaky pastry.

Reminds me of the time my older brother and I made scones (I was about 13) as a surprise for mum. They turned out like rock cakes....ok...actually they were just rocks! lol
