Lily scented candles will give the room a nice atmosphere too dont you think lol

Make sure the heating is on full too.........nothing like a face full of lily when you are hot and harrassed! lol

You can get Candles now that throw the smell out without lighting the candle.And their lovely strong smell.

And just in case she doesn't notice them you could point them out and say "Look at my lovely lillies that my lovely husband bought me for christmas...isn't he so romantic remembering them from our wedding" (with big proud smile on your face) *grins*
