	lol fred, joyce im luck ive got a lovely gp, but ive noticed until your diagnosed, they seem to treat you as a time waster, i even got a smile out of moody pants who noone wants to see, best wishes for you too, ive got used to popping now, dont know wether the tablets or food make me feel full lol

	he is hoping its in the tissues rather than the joints , so will take some antimflamtrys and see if that helps and just to rest hand lol xx hows you xx

	sending you hugs i was gonna suggest gloves while typing, you can get thermal ones or those hand pads you heat up from millets, you rub um and they heat up putt hem in your pockets, to keep your pandys warm, its the only way to deal with it puss to smile and chuckle isnt it, i find i smile in work and keep going when i feel like i wana lie down, its only the fact that the colours drained lately from my face they been believing me i think keep your chin up girly, posty pats on his way
