I cook my gammon joint in cider (cheapest you can get) with peppercorns and bay leaf. Delicious!!!

i like to make it a sunday dinner roasties cooked in goose fat, sprouts, mashed swede and carrots with butter, yorkshires, stuffing , and greens with loads of gravy, remembering to put the honey over the gamon..... oh lovely!!!!

Roast Parsnips,or you could boil and mix them in with mashed potatoes, instead of "Pineapple" you could try "Sliced Peaches" and meybe some Sweetcorn. **M**.
