My OH didn't want me to get a Poodle. He was not happy at all. However I'd just lost my old lady and was in floods of tears night after night. So finally he relented.

I adore collies but couldn't face another. I wanted a dog totally different to the one I'd lost.

My Scarlett was like a breath of fresh air. Everyone who meets her adores her;.................

that's until they find out she's a Poodle lol xx

And as for the gerbils - well!

errol you have a wicked sense of humour! i'm always reading these threads but never post, too scared! Just had to say though lol. Been on here 2 years lol

I think poddles have a mind of their own and in some ways are quite fickle - take them on face value as a breed that flounces around and doesn't care what it does then ok but I am just not a big fan

Errol makes me laugh all the time.

He sometimes plays the devils advocate but he's always interesting and amusing.

He's up there for me as one of my favourite posters on this board.

I may not always agree with him but I always find him either interesting or amusing xx

Even my die hard poodle hating sister makes an exception for Scarlett xx

i have a cross between a schnoutzer (prob not ok spellin) and i don't know what lol but she was a rescue dog and i fell in love with her right away she's got such a good personality n everyone loves her.

They have really long noses don't they? They are lovely dogs Leanne. xx

i feel as though i'm intruding lol no not really long noses but they have long hair in fringe and muzzle that you can play with lol

Well friends support each other Errol but I will always consider you as someone I leant on hard when I needed support and you gave that support without complaint. THAT is a sign of a true friend.
