I'll swap him for a 24 year old daughter and her boyfriend!!! Boyfriend goes home quite a bit - he likes his dads cooking and mum's fussing.
They cook for themselves (she's vegetarian, he's vegan). Also wash up random dishes, Unfortunately neither knows how to clean the cooker, or put dishes away, which means you have to empty the draining board before the pile falls off!!
Good with children and animals, will change their own sheets every 3 months or so if ordered.
Apart from cooking their own meals, they are more than capable of making their own mess.
They are very polite and don't interfere with your washing machine, dusters, broom or cleaning materials. Vacuum cleaners are, to them, things that block the cupboard under the stairs - a necessary ornament for this space that shouldn't be moved for fear of disturbing the 'artistc' element of this area.
If wanted, a cat could be included with this package - but don't expect them to either buy the food for it, feed it, clean up after it or de-flea it!!

LOL. Sounds like my house only no dishes get washed unless I do them!! It's nice to know that they are mostly the same.

Did I say Wash? Sorry - they get run under the tap!!
I have my own (different to theirs) crockery now, so I don't have to bother re-washing theirs!!

Have son 26... moved out in April... well he took his bedroom furniture! Funny though, spends Thu/Fri/Sat/Sun nights in my spare room!

Do you think we could put them on ebay?
