I cannot possibly say anything comforting to all of you, but I do understand you all.

We are not looking forward to Christmas either.
many reasons, but none so dreadful really.

To all depressed and unhappy people, to all worried and frightened people, and to all of you who have lost loved ones...

Please have a *restful* time.
God bless,
Deanna X

You are certainly not being silly Kemp.

I know exactly how you feel.

I now take each day at a time and try very hard not to fret about the past or worry too much about the future. Each day is there to be lived as fully as we can and we don't measure the value of a life by its length.

At a funeral I went to today the vicar said "Grief is the price we pay for love" and that is so true.

But if we live long enough we all must have our share of grieving and yet still have love to give to the living.

I am thinking of you and I'm a good listener if you need it.

Love
Sue
