	Something to calm you, relax your body and helps with labour is Raspberry tea. Try having some but follow the daily amounts a slisted. Good luck, Jacky

	aww I do feel for you, I was told twins always come early (what a fib that was) mine were 1 week overdue, I was induced and they were 8lb 4ozs and 6lb 2ozs...so I know that feeling of hanging on, feeling and looking blimp like. That was over 21 years ago, enjoy your time chill out and pig out whilst the going is good. I wish you all the very best, have a great Christmas. Tina x

	Baby will pick her own birthday when she is ready so put feet up and enjoy the peace while you can. There's nothing worse than these last few weeks so get plenty of rest, love her name by the way. Caz x

	Hope she arrives soon Rebecca, she will be well worth the wait, I am waiting for my grandchild who should have been born on the 1st and the waiting is so hard. Caz xx
