The verdict ...........

(sorry for delay my mum and dad wanted a slice each to try lol)

I thought it was a tad doughy though it did taste LOVELY hot with butter, but Dad and OH said it was only cos I was used to shop bread.

My girls now expect a fresh loaf ready for jam and bread for breakfast !! and Dad has put an order in for some cheese bread too.!!! lol

What have I started here !!! xx

OOOh 3 hours that will be a good one :) I normally cheat and use my 60 Min one - only cos the house smells so good when its baking I cant wait three hours!!!

But sometimes I put mine on a timer to kick off at 5am at the weekends (using powdered milk so it dosent curdle) and we have fresh bread at 8am on a long bake - its wonderful - spec if you add a tea spoon of marmite to the mix - you got to love it or hate it.
