I have to say my dark sense of humour has helped me through, first time I was prescribed prozac the GP told me I'd be able to drive while taking them and I was thinking, Great! Cos I couldn't drive before!
This was after hardly any sleep for 4 nights, so I kind of knew I'd get through.
Another instance that sticks in my mind was that my now ex husband left me on pancake Tuesday, AFTER eating the pancakes I cooked, so later I'm telling people this fact and adding that I wished I had known as I'd have smacked him around the head with the frying pan instead, People's reaction seemed to be a nervous laugh then backing away. You're not allowed to have a sense of humour when faced with these situations, apparently it's innapropriate! lol
