I'm not having a go Suzie, honest I'm not, I can see where you are all coming from, but we all know that if there are enough reports then GR will delete without question....they won't read the thread to see exactly what has offended...they just delete.

I was just exploring one possible reason why that one may have been deleted, or even reported.

EDIT: I DID think it was very funny though...lol (oops)

There have been a number of references this week to GR being an Adult site. This is quite wrong.

You only have to be 16 to subscribe as a full member and younger children are quite welcome to come on here using their parents log in. The only proviso is that their parent takes responsibility for ensuring they don't break the rules, so perhaps we should be setting a better example.

There is a line between what people consider risque or a bit smutty and what is downright offensive and vulgar.

Unfortunately, a fair bit of what I have read over the past week or so falls into the latter category and I would venture has even been done gratuitously, with the sole intention of stirring peoples feelings even further.

It also starts to wear a bit thin after a while and ceases to be funny anymore.

Having said all that, some members have used the words in full, in anger, and without warning....and didn't get so much as a warning for it...so unfairness lays on both sides.

Ok please don't think I'm criticising, that was a really good joke, and one I aint heard before...

But would it have been as funny if you had put...

You might not have printed the whole word, but there is no mistaking what it is...and that is the bit that is against T&Cs.

So its not the subject of a joke, maybe it's just one word...disguised or not.

I didn't report by the way, just trying to see what is going on here...

i was always under the assumption if it was a little ott,then a message at the side of joke would say this.
also im grown up enough to not look if i dont like a thread.why others cannot do the same is beyond me.x
