I'm lucky, I still have my Mum, and she's a good mum. To those who haven't, please try to remember the good times. If you didn't have a good mum then I'm so sorry. A Mother's love's a Blessing - never was there a truer saying. Night all.

A lot of blood collected under the skin (severe bruising) but it had to be drained before it coagulated as she would have been in dreadful pain - hence the second op. However the op itself was successful and the surgeon was "cautiously optimistic". She's on oxygen and is getting morphine but is also getting the very best of care. Glad today's over though!
